This year WVC:E Summit's main events consisted of panels and presentations featuring experienced female operators and founders, a networking lunch and a Deal Day, which allowed both female and male investors to connect.
On the summit's first day Dr. Gesa Miczaika, Founding Partner at Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund and Board Member at German Startups Association, presented the third annual report by EWVC: Achieving Superior Returns with Gender Diversity, which focuses on the positive financial and societal impact of diverse investment teams in the growth and venture space. It was created in cooperation with partners such as European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT), HSBC Innovation Banking, Bpifrance and Visa Foundation.
WVC:E unites women with a shared mission of advancing inclusivity, empowerment, and integration within the realm of venture capital. At the heart of this initiative is an annual summit drawing a diverse audience of 400+ individuals. WVC:E's primary goal is to share valuable resources, facilitate connections and foster discussions that pave the way for greater female representation in the venture capital landscape.
