Founders Forum VC Summit in 🇬🇧 London

On September 18th, we attended Founders Forum VC Summit at Christie’s London. This inaugural event brought together top venture capitalists, industry leaders, and innovators for a day of insightful discussions and networking, focused on the future of European VC.

The summit kicked off with a deep dive into the European VC ecosystem by Sonali De Rycker, Alex Lim, Christopher North, and Greg Brown, comparing it to the US in terms of valuations and exits. Anne M. Glover, Carolina Espinal, Ross Morrison, and Agate S. Freimane then discussed evolving investor expectations in today’s dynamic market.

Interactive discussions on sectors like B2B SaaS and AI/ML addressed critical concerns in technology, while Robert Lacher, Filip Felician Dames, Sten Tamkivi, and Michaela Bessell revealed strategies to accelerate portfolio growth.

Maggie Fanari, Martin Davis, Justin Burden, and Jeremy Coller explored secondary markets, and a highlight of the event was Bernard Liautaud and Harry Stebbings sharing their “Founder to Funder” journeys. The day ended with Josh Simons, Kerry Baldwin offering insights on the future of UK tech policy and Louis Taylor discussing new initiatives.
